Herman Chairs LSBA’s Annual Complex Litigation Symposium; Miller, Barriere & Schilling Set to Speak

On November 8, 2024, Fishman Haygood attorneys will present two separate sessions during the 24^th Annual Complex Litigation Symposium hosted by the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA). First, firm partners Kerry J. Miller and E. Blair Schilling will speak on “Mass Injunctions (with or without the class).” Fishman Haygood partner Brent Barriere will then present on “The Intersection of ‘Mass Torts’ and Bankruptcy” alongside co-presenter Louis M.
